  PERFECT Customer Service! Great business run by a husband and wife who are so friendly. They helped me out so much, I just bought a new house and had no idea what to do with the decor of my tiny galley kitchen. They chose colors, mixed and matched any chair and table combination that I liked. I came up with a beautiful Canadel set with a tile top that matched my floor perfectly. The options are amazing. AND my set is American & Canadian Made! It has a 25 year guarantee, my kids might get it when I need a new table. Thanks John & Patti! Delivery guys were great too! They loved my puppies!

  Bought four chairs and a table four years ago, and we've been very happy with them. However, about a month ago, our son-in-law leaned back on one of the chairs, and the back separated from the seat. Very scary. We called John at Kelly's who asked for a picture of the damage, which we sent. Having seen the picture, he told us he thought it could be repaired, and I brought it to him this morning. Checking the chair, John said he could repair it. More than that, he explained in great detail and illustrations why it happened, what he would do to fix it no charge, and what I should do to check the other three chairs to make sure it didn't happen to them. I left the chair with John, and he estimated that he would have it for me in a few days. This afternoon, he called to say I could pick it up. I could not ask for better service. It's clear that John stands behind his products and is committed to excellent service!
